Lead Customer Care Associate

I started working at Village Vet in April 2016, to pursue my life long passion of working with animals, prior to this I completed diploma levels 1 and 2 in animal welfare, and worked for a period as the head of a busy boarding kennel.

Since September 2017, I have held the position of head receptionist taking on responsibility for management of the Winchmore Hill reception team, processing our insurance claims and generally running front of house.

I absolutely love my job, particularly the opportunity to build relationships with our clients and their animals. Away from work I have also surrounded myself with animals- my three dogs Bella, Indie & Bronx. In my spare time, I enjoy seeing friends, travel and shopping.
