Melanie has been nursing for over 30 years and joined the Queens Park practice as the Head Nurse when it opened in 2004.
Melanie very much enjoys clinical nursing and has an exceptional ability to gently handle frightened or overwhelmed pets.
Her main role involves day to day management, processing all the insurance claims and dealing with the financial side of the clinic.
