Jess is our Lead Client Care Associate and has worked in this role since 2015. She particularly enjoys meeting new clients, having cuddles with patients in reception and making sure everyone who visits feels welcomed and comfortable.
As well as being the welcoming face of our Brackenbury branch, Jess will also help with ordering your pet’s food, medicines, and booking appointments. Jess can answer any questions you may have regarding the Pet Health for Life, Insurance or invoicing.
Jess has 2 cats called Baloo and Moo.
