Simon Hayes qualified from Edinburgh University in 1994 and has been working in small animal practice ever since. Simon is a very experienced general practitioner but has a special interest in veterinary ophthalmology and is a member of the British Association of Veterinary Ophthalmologists.
Simon has been with Village Vet for 15 years and although he works clinically from our Winchmore Hill surgery, he is now a Director of Village Vet. He recently starred on TV in a campaign for lungworm awareness.
Simon and his wife have 3 children, 3 cats (all rescued from the practice) and a Border terrier called Clova. He is a keen 5-a-side footballer, supports Spurs and sings in an amateur choir.
