Biography
Filippo graduated in 2001 from the University of Bari in Italy. In 2003, he moved to the UK and worked at veterinary charity PDSA, followed in 2006 by a veterinarian residency at the Royal Veterinary College in dermatology. He was awarded the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons’ (RCVS) Certificate in Veterinary Dermatology in 2009 and went on to become a European College of Veterinary Dermatology Diplomate the following year.
Expertise
Filippo’s special interests are ear diseases and allergies; he works hard to create a referral service which provides individually tailored treatment programs for patients, taking a multi-disciplinary approach in order to achieve the best outcomes. Filippo is also an Honorary Lecturer in Veterinary Dermatology, and he is a member of the British College of Veterinary Specialists and President of the British Veterinary Dermatology Study Group. Filippo is a RCVS Recognised Specialist in Dermatology.
