I have an emergency
I discovered my love for veterinary slightly later in life having first achieved a zoology degree at Newcastle University before going on to study veterinary medicine at the University of Cambridge. Since graduating in 2018 I have loved my time in small animal practice and especially enjoy the variety that it brings, whether it be a complex medical case or a “simple” vaccination.
When I’m not at work I spend a lot of my time with my furry friend, Heidi (my little 13-year-old crossbreed) who may be ageing but still loves a long walk and chasing squirrels!
When I’m not walking Heidi, I love keeping active with spinning, yoga and playing netball. I even managed to get a Cambridge Blue!
