Veterinary Surgeon

Having first joined Village Vet as a part-time receptionist in 2016, Amy subsequently graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in July 2018 and began her new role as a veterinary surgeon soon after.

Amy’s main clinical interests include anaesthesiology, neurology, and internal medicine.  She also enjoys the research aspect of veterinary medicine and has contributed to studies varying from bovine reproduction to canine neurological pathologies.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys rock climbing, horse riding, and hanging out with friends.  She has a cat, Belle, whose hobbies include eating, sleeping, and chasing her mouse toys at 3am
